About Us

The team leader, KATHY COLEMAN … Is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board-Certified Counselor; Board Certified Telehealth Provider and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional currently pursuing a PhD in Christian Counseling and Psychology. What this means is she has and continues to dedicate herself to studying and learning at the deepest professional levels in order to ensure she provides each client with the best tools to help them put it all together. She has over 15 years’ experience providing coaching, counseling and consultation to individuals, couples, families, and various groups, addressing a wide range of concerns. It’s her integrative and holistic approach that allows the freedom to combine different “proven” therapeutic methods specific to the individual(s) experience, for example Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Temperament Therapy which is a Biblical approach to understanding mankind and our unique needs. Together, Kathy works with each client to explore the emotional, nutritional, and spiritual components essential for their individual healing journey. She understands that you are unique and so are your life experiences and therefore her approach is unique to you, and she commends the bravery that it takes to embark on this journey to put it all together.
